Narrative

Ida's daughter by previous marriage: Mrs. Herman (Alpha) Heck, Farmington, MO (from obituary) Mrs. James L. Straughan passed away at the Bonne Terre Hospital at 3:30 o'clock yesterday morning, after a brief illness of pneumonia. Both she and Mr. Straughan became ill of flu last week and were taken in the Cozean ambulance to Bonne Terre on Monday - she to the hospital and Mr. Straughan to the home of his daughter, Mrs. Marvin Patterson. She soon developed pneumonia and passed away.
