ELBRIDGE BYINGTON

Elbridge Byington, son of the late William and Margaret (Lawsorice) Byington, was born in Ste. Genevieve County, MO August 29, 1873, and departed this life in Farmington, St. Francois County, Sunday, March 12, 1961, aged 62 years 6 months 13 days.

He was united in marrige to Grace Hibbits, who preceded him in death. Three sisters survive: Bertha (Mrs. Bert Burr of East Bonne Terre); Mrs. Cora Saylor of Farmington, and Ethel (Mrs. George Schaufelle of Buffalo, New York).

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Knob Lick Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Herman Shumake. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Knob Lick. Cozean Funeral Service. (March 15,1961)
