The last rites for Wayne Amon Morrow were held Saturday, Nov 29 in the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Lakefield, MN, with interment at Fairmont, MN in the Lakeside Cemetery. Wayne passed away Monday Nov. 24 following an operation for ulcers about two weeks previously. He was 50 years, three months and two days of age.

Born August 22, 1908, in Franklin Co, Iowa, Wayne moved with his parents to a farm near Blue Earth, MN in 1910. In 1915 they moved to Fairmont, MN, where he attended school. In 1937 he was married to Mabel Trosin of Lakefield.

The family lived on the Leroy Kuehl farm where he was employed the last three years. Previous to that he worked for eleven years for Leroy Webster of Lakefield.

Surviving to mourn his untimely passing are his wife and four sons: Leland, Everett, Laverne and Norman; also three sisters, Mrs Amon Olson of Alden, IA, Mrs Montie Sisson of CA and Mrs Frank Nelson of Spirit Lake, IA; and three brothers, Glen of Gucken, Mn, Earl of Arizona and Lloyd of Fairmont, MN.
